Travis Swan spent his career in sales leadership—building teams, managing pipelines, coaching reps, and hitting quota. He knows what it takes to build a sales organization that performs because he's done it himself.

That operational experience is what makes Better Fit different. When Travis evaluates a candidate, he's not checking boxes on a generic recruiter scorecard. He's assessing whether that person can run a discovery call, build a pipeline, manage a forecast, or lead a team—depending on the role.

He founded Better Fit Consulting because he saw a gap: companies were working with recruiters who didn't understand the nuances of sales hiring. The result was wasted time, bad hires, and missed revenue targets. Better Fit was built to close that gap.

Today, Better Fit serves mid-market companies making their most critical sales hires. Every engagement is led personally by Travis—no hand-offs, no junior recruiters, no bait-and-switch.

Serves on the board of the Jack Jablonski Foundation, advancing treatments for paralysis recovery and chairing the annual golf fundraiser.

Jack Jablonski was injured during a high school hockey game, leaving him quadriplegic. The goal of the foundation is to one day benefit everyone living with paralysis from a spinal cord injury. Travis currently serves as the Bel13ve in Miracles Golf Tournament Chairman, leading the annual golf event each summer.
